Community Support

Giving back to the community through Sport Sponsorship.

We work hard, we play hard… and we like to be proactive in our community support by backing as many junior sports
teams as we can. As parents and active players ourselves, it means the world to us to have teams and leagues 
available for our budding athletes. 

We show our support on every level. Teams count on Wayne Mallison Painter & Decorator for financial support 
and covering overheads as well as for training and organising. If there’s a job to be done for a team, we’re the 
folks people count on to get it done.

WMPD Netball Club
Both Brooke and Wayne Mallison formed this club in 2015 with 3 teams and 31 registered players. In 2016 the 
club grew to 8 teams and 79 registered players who compete in the Dubbo Netball Association local carnival every 
Saturday during netball season.

Our Apprentice Program

Wayne Mallison Painter & Decorator was successful with one of our apprentices nominated and awarded NSW TAFE Western Aboriginal Apprentice of the Year 2016. This was a massive moment of celebration!
Shaun has also been awarded; NSW State Training Aboriginal Torres Straight Islander Student of the year 2016.
Congratulations to Shaun for such outstanding work. You are a credit to us at WMPD.

Having only been in business ourselves since 2013 means all our commitment and guidance to our employees and apprentices has paid off.
